Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Biddy Barn. Because many of our items are resale, vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind, please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and include any original tags or packaging, when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at thebiddybarn2025@yahoo.com before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, was significantly different from its description, or the wrong item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Biddy Barn.

Vintage, Pre-Owned & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many of our products are vintage or pre-owned and may show normal signs of age or previous use. We make every effort to photograph and describe noticeable wear, imperfections, and condition accurately. These disclosed characteristics are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at thebiddybarn2025@yahoo.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
